Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), personal data obtained through this website may be processed by the company operating under the Taş Yenilenebilir Enerji brand, acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
This notice has been prepared to fulfil the clarification obligation in relation to website visitors and individuals using the contact form.

- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met
- Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- Object to an outcome against you resulting exclusively from automated analysis
- Claim compensation where you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
