Our Step-by-Step LED Conversion Process
Survey, Measurement and Lux Analysis
We inspect the existing luminaires, power consumption and operating hours on site. Using lux-meter measurements, we determine the current lighting levels and assess their compliance with the applicable standards.
DIALux Lighting Design and Simulation
We create a three-dimensional model of the facility and prepare a lighting simulation in DIALux. We calculate the correct luminaire positions, power levels and angles to produce a safe, efficient design without dark areas.
Financial Feasibility and ROI Analysis
We calculate the expected monthly and annual energy savings in both power and financial terms. We also prepare a detailed profitability and return on investment report showing the payback period of the conversion.
Dismantling, Infrastructure Revision and Installation
We safely remove the existing luminaires, revise the cabling and electrical infrastructure where necessary and install the new LED luminaires without disrupting the facility’s operations.
Smart Lighting and Automation Integration
We can integrate LED systems with DALI, KNX, motion sensors and daylight sensors. Automatic dimming and switching in unused or naturally illuminated areas help maximise energy savings.
